RETURN POLICY
According Direttiva 2011/83EU if the customer is a consumer (a natural person who does not bought goods for his trade, without indicate any VAT number in the order form) they have the right to cancel the purchase without any particular reason or explanation, except for the circumstances described below.
To assert their will to return items for change size or for refund, customers must send a communication about this, no later than 14 days upon reception of the goods. This communication has to be sent by e-mail to the following address:

Once we receive the customer’s e-mail, our Customer Service will reply as soon as possible, giving full instructions on how to return goods, which have to arrive to L’Artigiano di Riccione srl within 14 days from the authorization. Returned goods have to be brand-new, never worn and in their original packages (envelopes or boxes), according to the following conditions.
The right to return is bound to these conditions:
* goods must be intact and brand new, and returned in their original packages and the original receipt
All transport risks and costs related to the goods return will be covered by the Customer.

upon its arrival to our premises, items will be checked to assess any damages or tampering which are not to be ascribed to transport. If the original package is damaged, L’Artigiano di Riccione srl will keep a percentage (maximum 10%) from the refund, as a contribution for packaging fees.
Except for packaging fees for damages to the original package, L’Artigiano di Riccione will refund the whole amount paid by the customer (with the exception of shipping costs), within 14 days from the return of the goods, refunding the amount on wire transfer.: customers will have to communicate their bank details (including IBAN code).
The right to return ceases if the goods are not intact (package or contents), that is L’Artigiano di Riccione snc assesses:
* the inconsiderate use of the goods which lead to their damage;
* the lack of the original packaging;
* the lack of fundamental parts of the product;
* the damaging of the product for reason which are not linked to shipment.
